The Managing Director, Wil Lloyd, brings a wealth of experience spanning 35 years in and around the construction industry. After pursuing furniture design studies at Shrewsbury Art College, Wil embarked on his journey by undertaking an apprenticeship as a cabinet maker and joiner. Eventually, he established his own joinery business at the young age of 21. As time progressed, he honed his expertise as a skilled heavy oak timber framer, amassing extensive knowledge across all facets of carpentry.
Assisting in the management is his wife, Nicky, who oversees the office operations and also heads the sister joinery company, Viking Joinery. Over the years, they have assembled an exceptional team of craftsmen and highly skilled professionals, capable of tackling a diverse range of challenges within the construction industry.
